General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the cr crickex platform and all services provided under it. "Platform" refers to the crcrickex.cam website, its mobile version and related applications. "User" refers to anyone who has registered on or is using this platform. "Services" includes sports betting, casino games, virtual games and other features provided through the platform.

These Terms form a legal agreement between the user and cr crickex. Starting to use the platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If a user disagrees with any part of these Terms, they are asked to stop using the platform.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

cr crickex may request necessary documents at any time to verify a user's identity and age. cr crickex has the right to temporarily suspend deposits, withdrawals or other features until verification is complete. Failure to complete identity verification may result in account closure.

2.3 Account Security

The user is required to keep their login credentials confidential. The account holder bears full responsibility for all activity carried out from their account. If unauthorized access is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Deposits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay can be used for deposits on cr crickex. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. When making a deposit, the user must complete the transaction from their own mobile wallet — funds sent from a third party's number are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawals

The same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay — must be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, the time may increase if identity verification or a security check is required.

cr crickex reserves the right to suspend or cancel any withdrawal request if fraud or money laundering is suspected.

3.3 Account Balance

Funds held in a user's account do not earn any interest or profit. In the event of account closure or suspension, a decision on returning any valid balance will be made after the relevant investigation is completed.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

cr crickex offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000, a ৳1,000 bonus will be added to their account, making the total balance ৳2,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount — meaning for a ৳1,000 bonus, ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 Bonus Terms of Use

• The bonus is available only once and only with the first deposit.
• Withdrawing before the wagering requirement is met will cancel the bonus.
• The bonus is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
• cr crickex reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue bonus offers at any time.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account closure.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

Regular users can progress through three tiers in the VIP program — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier provides a cashback at a set rate on weekly net losses: up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver and up to 1.2% at Gold. For example, if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback. Wagering requirements may apply to the cashback amount.

Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is placed on the cr crickex platform, it is considered final. cr crickex reserves the right to cancel or amend a bet in the event of a technical error, incorrect odds display or an obvious mistake. If a match or event is abandoned or suspended before the scheduled time, a decision will be made in accordance with the applicable rules for that bet.

5.2 Maximum Winnings

A maximum winning amount is set for each betting category, which cr crickex reserves the right to change at any time. If a bet exceeds the limit, the excess portion may be cancelled.

5.3 Unauthorized Betting Activities

Match fixing, arbitrage betting, bonus abuse or attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities for gain will result in immediate account suspension or termination, and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

cr crickex believes gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress. For this reason, the platform has several responsible gaming tools, such as deposit limit setting, session time controls and a self-exclusion feature.

Once self-exclusion is active, reopening the account or accepting bonus offers will not be possible during that period. Even after the self-exclusion period ends, the user must submit a written request to reactivate the account.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Registering with a false or another person's identity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Attempting to illegally modify or hack the platform's software or systems.
• Threatening, harassing or defrauding other users.
• Using deliberate betting strategies to abuse the bonus system.
• Creating an account for a minor or assisting a minor in playing.

If any of the above activities are proven, cr crickex will close the relevant account and reserves the right to forfeit the balance. The relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

Intellectual Property

All content on the cr crickex platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software and other materials — is protected by the intellectual property rights of cr crickex or its associated suppliers. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use this content for commercial purposes.

Use of cr crickex's trademarks, service marks or logos without written permission from cr crickex is prohibited.

Privacy and Data Protection

Account Closure and Suspension

In the event of a breach of the Terms or a security risk, cr crickex may suspend or close an account without prior notice. Whether any valid balance will be returned in such a situation will be determined after investigation.
